ABOUT CANVA
Canva is an easy-to-use online design platform which allows you to edit your templates directly in your browser — no additional software or fonts are needed. A FREE Canva account is required to access, edit, save and download your templates.
While Canva provides ease of use and helpful tutorials and information on using their platform, having basic computer editing and printing skills is recommended. ACCESSING YOUR FILES AFTER PURCHASE
For instant access to your templates after purchase you must sign in to your Etsy account through a current and updated web browser only. Digital files cannot be downloaded through the Etsy app. In Etsy, go to Account—> Purchases—> Download Files. You will receive a PDF file containing the links to your Canva templates along with additional information. While a computer or laptop is recommended, you can also access your files using a browser on most tablets or smartphones. NOTE: You will not receive Canva template links via email.

CANVA DOWNLOAD AND PRINT FILE FORMATS
Once edited in Canva, your completed designs can be saved to your computer or device and are available to download in multiple file formats: JPG, PNG, PDF or PDF Print.
All files downloaded from Canva for printing must be set to the “file type: PDF Print” which will save your files to the required 300 DPI high-resolution printing standard. Your designs can then be printed at home or through any print service.

HOME PRINTING
Printing cards at home requires a quality printer with the capability of printing on quality heavy-weight cardstock paper. A handy drag and drop printing grid template and helpful instructions are provided with your templates allowing you to easily print multiple cards on full size letter or A4 cardstock sheets. Crop marks are provided for trimming your cards. For double-sided printing, you must refer to your printer’s manual for set-up specifications and instructions. The printing template can also be used with a print service to print full sheets of cards that you trim out yourself.
PROFESSIONAL PRINTING
Your cards can be professionally printed at local print shops, copy or photo centers or by using online print services. Most of these offer convenient and easy online setup. Follow each print service’s specifications and instructions to upload and format your design files and order your cards for printing.
We recommend the following online print companies based on convenience, ease of use, quality, great pricing and fast service: Canva, Avery, VistaPrint, Prints of Love, Moo and Online Labels (label printing only).

FLAT OR FOLDED CARD OPTIONS
Our card templates can be used in two ways! Create single or double-sided flat cards, or use the front design of a double-sided card template to create beautiful folded greeting or note cards. Handy drag and drop printing grid templates are included for both options. Customize by editing fonts, text and colors and add your own images or logo.

Slight color variations may occur due to differences in computer/device displays, printer types and settings, and paper type. Colors may be adjusted if required in the Canva color pallet. We are not responsible for color variances, poor print quality or printing issues and errors.

USING YOUR OWN CUSTOM FONTS IN CANVA
The ability to upload your own fonts to Canva is NOT available with a FREE Canva account. This feature is only available with a Canva PRO account and how-to instructions are provided in Canva’s help section. Canva does have an extensive font library, however, that is available to use with FREE Canva accounts.
